Abbey Chase, President and CEO
A native Miamian, Abbey Chase has been a community activist and involved in Miami’s business and arts community for over twenty years. She played a key role in the founding of The Beacon Council, Miami-Dade County’s economic development organization, and served as vice president of the marketing and membership departments. After 10 years with the organization, she launched her own firm, Chase Marketing Group, Inc. She manages the firm’s daily operations and handles marketing and public relations as well as providing program planning, creative development, project and budget management to an array of corporate, civic and community-based clients.

With over 10 years of experience in hotel and retail management, Ms. Chase utilizes her skills in special events coordination and special projects management. Her strengths are customer service, on-site logistics and volunteer coordination. Working and traveling worldwide, Ms. Chase brings a wealth of international experience to CMG while maintaining strong ties to the local community. She is a graduate of the University of Denver.

Marisol Perinot, Director of Finance
Joined the CMG team early 2005, Mrs. Fluxa is responsible to oversee the finance and human resource department. Back in 1996, Mrs. Fluxa earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & International Business from Florida International University. Mrs. Fluxa brings more than ten years of financial experience to the team where she’s previously worked in various companies as head of the accounting department.

Lesli joined Chase Marketing Group on March 2006. She came to Miami at the age of two, so Miami has become her hometown; Lesli comes from a Hispanic background so she is bilingual in English and Spanish. A current student at Miami Dade College, she is working towards her Pre Bachelors in Art History, is hoping to Major in Art History and also obtain a Minor in Psychology, Public Relations, or Film. Prior to joining Chase Marketing Group, Lesli worked in the Insurance business for four years selling both Auto and Home Insurance, bringing as qualities good customer service skills, good office skills and knows how to work well with others. Her interests include anything related to the Arts, reading, movies, and Ninjutsu (Martial Arts).

Stephen entered Chase Marketing Group in October of 2005 bringing with him expertise in customer service and an altruistic frame of mind. Mr. Gaffour is in his senior year at Florida International University and is pursuing a BBA majoring in Human Resource Management with a minor in Religious Studies. Stephen also volunteers as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Miami. His interests include weight training and playing basketball.

Rahila has been with Chase Marketing Group since September 2005. Rahila is currently a senior in the University of Miami's Honors Program pursing a Bachelors in Business Administration. Her majors include Human Resource Management and Legal Studies. She comes with internship experiences from Lucent Technologies, Tyco Fire and Security, and Target Corporation. Rahila is also involved in the Society of Human Resource Management, the Peer Counseling Program at the University of Miami, and is actively involved in her community. She also enjoys reading, movies, and desserts.
